The ACADEMY OF ESKRIMA, INC. is an organization duly registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) registered number: CS200828036 of the Republic of the Philippines. The incorporators of the Academy includes, among others, Supreme Grandmaster Dionisio A. Cañete, Grandmaster Arnulfo C. Cuesta, Dr. Edward M. Dampor and Dr. Silvano B. Maranga,DTE.

The national government through its Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) approved on June 24, 2008 the Application for Registration of the Academy of Eskrima, Inc., becoming the first school of martial arts to be ever recognized as such and granted the appendant rights and privileges to teach the Filipino fighting art as a technical vocational course.

MISSION STATEMENT

The Academy aims to establish and maintain standards and competencies on the beginnings, history, growth, and development of Eskrima (Arnis) in the Philippines, as well as in other countries, with the support and recognition of the Philippine government through the TESDA.

VISION STATEMENT

The Academy envisions to become the Premier Filipino Martial Art Institution and to be the recognized leader in making Eskrima (Arnis) a gateway into promoting the Filipino cultural heritage throughout the world.
